TuwaInvite collects only the information required to provide our services: account details, guest list data you upload, RSVP responses, and payment references processed through our payment partner.

We never sell your personal data or your guests' data.
Guest contact details are used solely for your event communications (invitations, reminders, check-in).
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

2. Terms of Service

By creating a TuwaInvite account you agree to use the platform for lawful event management purposes.

Trial: The 5-day trial includes full access to your selected plan's features unless stated otherwise.
Payments: Paid plans are billed in advance via Snippe (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money or card). Accounts activate automatically once payment is confirmed.
SMS usage: SMS reminders are subject to available SMS credits on your account balance.
Contributions: Online contributions are subject to the service fee displayed on your plan. Settlement timelines follow the payment provider's terms.
Fair use: You are responsible for obtaining consent from guests whose contact details you upload.
